Print the PDF, type it into the ERP, chase someone for an approval, then start again next month. We are building the system that does that work. It reads every bill in English and Arabic, checks it against the order and the supplier record, routes it to the right person, and shows the source behind every figure, so nothing is paid on trust alone.
